Mailing lists are lists of email recipients that can receive
email as
group. When you create a mailing list, messages sent to the
mailing list
email address are automatically sent to every email address
on the list.

<b>MAIL ALIASES:</b>
A mail alias is a delivery rule that defines where mails
should be
delivered. It can be redirected to one or more other email
addresses or it
an be redirected to one of your user accounts. That way, you
can easily
setup 7 mail addresses that all deliver to the same mailbox
- or you can
set up one mail address that delivers to 7 different
mailboxes.

<b>MAIL RESPONDERS:</b>
A responder is a method of automatically replying to
incoming email.
Whenever someone sends email to the responder address, a
prepared reply is
automatically returned to the sender.

<b>MAIL FORWARDERS:</b>
A mail forwarder is an alias that delivers the mail to
external mail
addresses. For example you can have mails sent to
you@your_one_company.com
forwarded to you@your_other_company.com. That way you
don&#039;t need to
check multiple mail boxes.

<b>SPAM FILTERS:</b>
You can easily add spam filters so mails from certain
addresses are
